In our family fields in Puglia and Basilicata we grow our varieties of the most delicious apricots. They are naturally rich in minerals and vitamins, and are a good source of fibre and carbohydrates, which are fundamental for our body. They can be used in a wide range of manners, such as in sweets, biscuits, tarts, cakes and jams, but they can also be eaten alongside cereals, yoghurt and muesli. They are also delicious when eaten on their own, for a tasty and healthy snack.
